Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website cybernexsolution.com or engaging CyberNexSolution for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Services

CyberNexSolution provides IT consultation, software development, cloud services, AI integration, and healthcare IT solutions. Specific terms for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed prior to project commencement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All deliverables produced for a client become the client's property upon full payment.
• Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries developed by CyberNexSolution remain our property and are licensed (not transferred) to the client.
• All content on this website — including text, graphics, and code — is the property of CyberNexSolution and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements in a timely manner.
• Designate a point of contact with authority to make project decisions.
• Provide timely feedback during review cycles as agreed in the project timeline.
• Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit is required before project commencement.
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
• CyberNexSolution reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service relationship for a period of two (2) years.

Limitation of Liability

CyberNexSolution's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Warranties

We warrant that services will be performed professionally and in accordance with agreed specifications. We do not guarantee that software will be entirely free of defects, but we will remedy material defects reported within 30 days of delivery at no additional charge.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. The client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable unless CyberNexSolution is unable to commence work.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
